She's always sexy, even fully clothed. THIS is how you draw sexy.

I like how you added a lot of cuteness and allure to her while still keeping a believable link to her character. A lot of art of Velma I've come across on dA make her oversexualized in an uncomfortable, almost fetishy way. It feels like a lot of that art is more "sexy pinup dressed up like Velma" rather than a different interpretation of the character. So I like how you've made it feel like a cuter, sexier version of her without going over the top.

And she does look cute, here. The pose has a nice curve that gives it a lot of energy and gives her a lot of personality. The shapes of her figure are really cute, and I love the details on her outfit -- the folds on sleeves communicate the weight of her sweater and how it fits her.

I like her hair, the way you added highlights is really fun. But what I like most is her face and expression. The face is calm, but very cute. I love the idea of having her looking through the magnifying glass, and I think her bright, expressive eyes play a big part in making her look so cute. I like the shapes you've used to draw her lips -- and I like how her expression is pretty calm apart from the bright, inquisitive eyes. It gives her a personality of focusing on looking for clues, and it looks like she's not trying to look sexy, but that she succeeds in looking cute naturally, anyway.

I like it. :+fav:
